About 'Ben The Painter'

I started painting in December 1991 at the age of 16.  Six years into painting I enrolled into TAFE to do the Certificate 111 Trade Course in Painting and Decorating which I attended evenings, and finished at Credit level.

My goal was to always become a qualified Painter and end up running my own small painting and decorating business, where I would quote and carry out the work myself, guaranteeing the finished result was at the highest quality. This has contributed to becoming a Dulux Accredited Painter.

December 2011 will mark 20 years' experience in the trade that I love.  I am proud of my work and my business which carries my name, Benjamin J Thomson Painter and Decorator – but you can call me Ben the Painter.
